During the journey you will pass through the sacred confluence at Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to form the Ganga. Continue towards Rudraprayag, another important pilgrimage stop where the Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers meet.

By evening reach Guptkashi or Sitapur for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath

Drive: 30 km | Trek: 16 km

After an early breakfast, drive to Gaurikund, the starting point of the Kedarnath trek.

From Gaurikund, begin the 16 km trek to the sacred Kedarnath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Pilgrims can reach the temple by trekking, pony, palki, or helicopter services available from Phata and nearby helipads.

Upon arrival, check into the guesthouse/lodge and attend the evening aarti at Kedarnath Temple.

Day 3: Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Guptkashi
