Cancellation Policy
At Teerth Bharat, all tour bookings require advance arrangements for hotels, transportation, permits, and other travel services. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following policy.
By confirming any booking with Teerth Bharat, the traveler agrees to the cancellation terms mentioned below.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. The booking amount will be adjusted in the total tour cost but will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Charges
If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days remaining before the tour departure date.

| 7–14 days before departure | 80% of the total tour cost |
| Less than 7 days before departure | 100% of the total tour cost |
No Show
If the traveler does not report on the scheduled departure date and time, it will be treated as a No Show, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged with no refund.
Cancellation After Tour Start
If the traveler decides to discontinue the tour after the journey has begun, no refund will be provided for unused services such as hotel accommodation, transportation, meals, or sightseeing.
Helicopter Services
For helicopter bookings for Kedarnath, cancellation and refund policies are subject to the rules of the helicopter operator and government authorities. Teerth Bharat will not be responsible for cancellation charges or refund delays from helicopter service providers.
Natural Conditions & Unforeseen Events
In case of situations beyond our control such as:
Weather conditions
Landslides or road closures
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Teerth Bharat will try to make alternate arrangements wherever possible. However, no refund will be provided for unused services due to such circumstances.
Refund Process
If any refund is applicable, it will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation approval. Applicable banking or transaction charges may be deducted.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from bookings with Teerth Bharat will be subject to Haridwar jurisdiction only.
